There’s a revolution going on, of the rock and roll kind, but this isn’t what you’ve grown used to. It’s a rejuvenated, reinvention of the old made new. Take everything you love about the greats, like Jimmy Hendrix and Led Zepplin, Guns N’ Roses and Michael Jackson. Mix it with new electives and stir in some fresh perspectives, and in turn we’ve got an extraordinary artist like 19-year-old multi-instrumentalist/singer Jacob Cade.
Armed with a powerful voice and enough energy to blow the roof off, Cade’s talents as a performer are sure to bring any house down. Cade began his journey in music at the young age of 12 when he recorded his first record in his drummer’s basement. Gaining popularity amongst his peers, that led to playing numerous gigs in his hometown of Parker, Colorado. It didn’t take long for well-known producer Michael Wagener (Metallica, Dokken, etc.) to take notice and make plans for a future string of singles and finally a debut EP that will be entitled Hunger. Cades single“What’s Your Problem?!,” a collaboration with Rachel Bolan of Skid Row is the first to be released. Several more joint efforts are soon to follow, hooking up with the likes of Lizzy Hale and Joe Hottinger from Halestorm and Paul Taylor from Winger.

At this moment Jacob Cade has set out on a month-long tour in support of Bobaflex, which began in late November in Philadelphia and will end mid December in Morgantown, WV. On the 9th of December the tour will land on Charm City’s doorstep at the Ottobar.
“Come see my show, forget about anything that’s troubling you and get your mind blown and soul inspired. Maybe in this way, I can help people realize that rock ‘n’ roll dreams do come true.”
– Jacob Cade
