I think George Carlin said it best: "Don't just teach your children to read. Teach them to question what they read. Teach them to question everything." One thing that I have learned from my association with REBEL INC. is to do exactly that, QUESTION EVERYTHING. Albert Einstein said, "Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning." And REBEL INC. never has. They hold their ideals proudly in their journey to uncover truth, stand up for what is right, and speak out against what is wrong. Let's examine the band more closely. What is a rebel? Albert Camus said, "A rebel is a man who says no." The Urban Dictionary says, "A rebel is a person who stands up for their own personal opinions despite what anyone else says. A true rebel stands up for what they believe is right, not against what's right." Adam, vocalist for REBEL INC., states, "We determined the name of the band after Kevin (Sychta, Guitar/Vox) and I had already wrote a lot of the material. The underlying tone of our music at the time was anti-oppression, anti-corruption, accountability, and conquering fear. The name REBEL INC. was a tongue-in-cheek concept of the paradox that rebellion, liberty, and/or revolution can be hijacked and incorporated, then sold to the general public." REBEL INC. says NO loudly and proudly as they blaze their own trail of success filled with personal sacrifices. "We've all lost friends, family, jobs, lovers, put ourselves into difficult financial situations, and have gone through a lot of fights with each other as a band, to get to where we are now. We scrape the bottom to survive, but have never felt so alive. REBEL INC. isn't just band, it's a lifestyle. It goes 24/7/365. We've also had our tour van, as well as our trailer, stolen from us, but we refuse to give in. This music and message is greater than ourselves, and at the end of the day, and all the hard times, we know we are all on the same side. We moved away from the people we love most to make this thing happen. That is not easy for people who believe in family and friends."
Consider some of the amazing tings REBEL INC. has accomplished. They performed LIVE on one of the biggest shock jock radio shows in the nation with Bubba the Love Sponge. Jim Florentine of VH1 Classic's THAT METAL SHOW named their new album "Soundtrack To The Revolution" and the #1 Metal Album of 2012 (beating out Stone Sour, Gojira, Fear Factory, and ZZ Top). The band played for the 20th Anniversary of Seattles' Hempfest (with over 110,000 people in attendance), as well as numerous other events in Nashville, Atlanta, NYC, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Florida. The band has been tirelessly touring 22 states INDEPENDENTLY for four years, opening for Seether, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Fuel, COLD, Anti-Flag, hed PE, Otep, and Kottonmouth Kings, and their music is playing on more than 45 stations in the USA, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Their first album is available on Pandora Radio, which will soon to be joined by the new album, Soundtrack To The Revolution. REBEL INC. is bringing "the truth" with their charismatic, high-energy, cadence-driven shows. "We the people," should question everything, get more involved, and, as George Carlin said, "May the forces of evil become confused on the way to your house." "Soundtrack To The Revolution" is now available on https://itunes.apple.com/us/artist/rebel-inc./id314064880 or you can visit their online store http://rebelincmusic.com/store. Signed,
